Dough Scoops

They may be called dough scoops, but I have found them useful for many more things than that.  Scooping out balls of melon, scooping ice cream, scooping filling for truffles, the list goes on.  Of course, they are also incredibly useful for cookies and cupcakes/muffins, and help make them uniform in size.  I never thought I would use them as much as I do, and I definitely consider them a worthwhile investment.

  1. I am having the hardest time finding scoops that I like. What brand are your? Where did you get them?

  2. What size scoops do you use for cupcakes? I want to make sure I don’t buy the wrong ones.

    I have always wanted a dough scoop. I see you use three. Could you tell me what you use each size for?


    p.s. I only would need them for cupcakes and cookies, would the large size be sufficient?

    • Honestly, I use all three of them far more often than I ever would have imagined – so many things I can’t really even list them. They are great for plenty of things besides just cookies and cupcakes. I definitely recommend a full set.
